A romance from Paris necklace

In France, the iris is the national flower. It is believed to symbolise light and freedom, and from the Merovingian dynasty to the Bourbon dynasty, the iris has long witnessed French knightly culture. Some also believe the shape of the iris represents the purity of the Virgin Mary, and the three tears she shed.
